Prunus serrulata Shiro-Fugen - Shiro-fugen Flowering Cherry

Prunus serrulata Shiro-fugen is a deciduous, spreading tree with a rounded crown, growing to a maximum height of approximately 8 metres. Leaves first arrive deep copper, turning green in summer then a golden orange in autumn. Double flowers are pink in bud, before blossoming into large double pink-white fragrant florets, which contrast beautifully against the copper foliage.

A great specimen plant for both urban and garden planting. Best grown in full sun on well-drained soil.
