Delivery Options
Below is a list of our delivery options. We offer a range of services to suit different locations, timelines, and project requirements. Should you need any further information or advice, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Dedicated
Our dedicated delivery service allows you to choose a specific date for your trees, the lead time is 7 to 10 days from the point of call off.
(NEW) Eco Delivery
Our Eco delivery service operates using a lorry that carries multiple orders, making it both the most sustainable and cost-effective option for smaller orders. Due to the nature of Eco deliveries, we require more flexibility with scheduling. If your location is more remote, you may experience longer waiting time. Your delivery time will also vary depending on the route. The lead time for Eco deliveries is typically 7 to 14 days from the point of call off. Once this has been scheduled with our logistics team changes cannot be made less than 72 hours prior to delivery.
Collection
If you would like to collect your trees, we ask that you book this in with us so our production team can prepare your trees for loading. You will also need to arrive in an empty vehicle / trailer that is big enough to fit your trees.
Delivery direct from Europe
For certain orders, depending on stock availability, your delivery may come directly from our nursery in Europe. These deliveries are made using a full 45ft articulated lorry. We require 10 to 14 days’ notice to arrange these shipments from the point of call off.
Offloading
Offloading is not included as standard but can be arranged upon request, with either a HIAB crane or Moffett, depending on your needs. Please note that all deliveries are strictly curbside, meaning the plants will be placed at the nearest accessible point. Offloading services incur an additional cost, so please contact us in advance to discuss arrangements and pricing.

All of our lead times are subject to change, depending on the time of year, and are heavily location dependent. Please note that delivery costs may vary based on the delivery location, and in some cases, we may require greater flexibility with the delivery date to accommodate logistical challenges. We recommend discussing specific delivery details with our team to ensure accurate timelines and pricing.
