Pinus mugo Mughus - Dwarf Mountain Pine

Pinus mugo Mughus is a small, evergreen shrub growing to a maximum height of approximately 3 metres. It has a spherical, open crown with long, dark green needles which turn to a yellow green in autumn. Yellow fragrant flowers appear in spring and are followed by dark brown cones in autumn. Does best in full sun or partial shade, in almost all free draining soils. Tolerant to exposure.
