Magnolia loebneri Leonard Messel - Leonard Messel Magnolia
Magnolia loebneri Leonard Messel is a cross between Magnolia Kobus and Magnolia stellata Rosea. It is a small tree, growing to a maximum height of approximately 5 metres, producing a fantastic display of pretty pink-white flowers in spring. Leaves are glossy green turning yellow in autumn. Like Magnolia kobus, this is one of the few lime tolerant magnolias. Grows best in full sun.
