Amelanchier grandiflora Ballerina - Snowy Mespilus Ballerina

Amelanchier grandiflora ballerina is a small tree or multistem with a broad, vase shaped crown. This tree is at its best in spring when it is covered with small white flowers and young leaves which emerge bronze, maturing to green. Edible berries appear in late July and turn from red to black. Grows best in moist, well drained, lime free soil.
