Pyrus communis Belle Hardy - Belle Hardy Pear
Pyrus communis Beurre Hardy is a popular French dessert pear dating back to the early 19th century. It blossoms extremely early in spring with the tree turning a snowy white. Shiny, oval leaves follow which are green and turn golden yellow in autumn. Buerre Hardy is not self-pollinating therefore should be planted in conjunction with a pollination partner. This will ensure a more reliable crop of delicious pears.
