Malus John Downie - John Downie Apple

Malus John Downie is a small tree with an upright crown and dark green leaves. During spring, pink buds bloom into beautiful simple white flowers. These are followed by a mass of plum-like red and yellow flushed apples that mature early and last well into winter. A good choice for small gardens. Grows well on almost all well drained soils.
