Hamamelis intermedia Westerstede is a small tree growing to a maximum height of around 4 metres, with a dense, vase-shaped crown. It has glossy, dark green leaves that turn golden yellow in autumn. flowers bloom in late February to March making it one of the latest hamamelis cultivars to blossom. The Yellow flowers are slightly fragrant but less dramatic than others in this variety. Best grown in full sun with moist, well drained soil.
