Acer pseudoplatanus Spaethii - Maple

Acer pseudoplatanus Spaethii is a large, deciduous tree with a broad, rounded crown. Its leaves are dark green with a reddish-purple underside turning brown in autumn. The vibrant and unique foliage gives this tree interest from spring through to autumn. Acer pseudoplatanus Spaethii does well in most soil conditions and is exceptionally good at tolerating drought, salt and winds, making it a great tree for coastal sites.
